    ​Application for Final Plan Review

    This application will be considered complete only if all the documents and submittals as set forth in the ARC Rules and Regulations are included (refer to ARC Rules and Regulations Sec. 3.5.4). Two (2) sets of all documents are required. Please submit all requirements by email to [email protected] or drop off with an ARC Team member. Please email [email protected] with any questions. The ARC will respond in writing within thirty (30) days with an ARC Final Plan Submittal Response.

    Note: Building Permits must be obtained from the City of Sedona and copies filed with the ARC prior to commencement of construction. A Pre-Construction Meeting must be requested prior to beginning construction (see ARC Rules and Regulations Sec. 3.5.13).
