Architectural Review Process
Any project that results in visible changes to an existing structure, and/or landscaping, as well as all new construction projects require approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Projects that do not result in visible changes to an existing structure or landscaping do not require ARC approval. Examples of changes that do not require ARC approval are painting a structure the same or very similar color, or replacing existing landscaping with similar plantings. Other maintenance projects that may rehabilitate, freshen up or enhance an existing structure may also qualify for this exemption, as determined by the ARC.
Contact the ARC at [email protected] with any questions.
